What questons are customers asking?
Q: How do I know what currency the lot Iam bidding on is in?
A: On the lot listing page, the bid box will display the related country flag as well as state CAD or USD behind the bid amount
Q: Am I responsible for the currency exchange if I am an American buyer of Canadian lots?
A: Yes, the buyer will be responsible for all currency conversion charges from their issuing bank.
Q: How can I identify where a lot is located?
A: On the listing page the country flag and location is stated. You can find the applicable country flag on the home page feature listing.
Q: Can I use a credit card to purchase Canadian lots?
A: Buyers can remit payment for purchases up to $7500 starting in early March. Check back on this page for recent site updates.
Q: Will I ever see Canada-located lots in American dollars?
A: Yes, during our transition period and in very rare cases Canadian lots may still be listed and transact in American dollars. These are rare cases and are easy to identify by the country flag in the bid box as well as by USD listed after the dollar value.
